The focus seemed to be on building houses and being done, rather than building communities and being a good steward to those communities. On the morning of July 18, 2019, Thursday I called this Schumacher model home location, in an attempt to make a appointment to see one of the model homes. The man I spoke to said I didn't have to make an appointment, I could just come in. The man said they closed at 6pm that day, but online the location hours say open until...
But they were still there two weeks later. So they got them done and we got a lot of responsiveness from them on the things that were identified during the walkthrough. But it seemed like until the final inspection, the property just sat with no motion.
Best company I have ever worked for, hands down.
But everybody else has been great, like Philip and Christian. Once I was here, Philip handled all of the loan stuff, and he was extremely professional. Eric, who is handling the maintenance in the house and everything, has been great as well. I like the neighborhood and the house.
So in fact, they paid all but $1,000 of the closing cost. He never even apologized for giving me false information. He was just very defensive and he was rude about it. He told me that he had to go by what was in the contract. He was the one who let me know pretty well into it. LGI Homes will insist that you use their preferred lender - Loan Depot.

It seems like we have a good active community. I'm very happy with the purchase and with the community and I've had no problems with my house since we moved in. Rick is the biggest problem that LGI has. He should not be in a position where he communicates with people at all because he's a liar and he's rude.
Again.Now all the nail pops that were "fixed" are crumbling and I will never buy a crescent home again. Terrible service!
So far we are very satisfied with the purchase. When there was an issue it was resolved expediently. Their first year warranty includes everything in the home which gives piece of mind.

I also hired a well respected home inspector to inspect the house thoroughly before closing. All of the issues that were found by the real estate broker and the home inspector were corrected prior to closing.

See if you never visited construction and talked with Field Manager. And even now, almost 2 months after it became mine, he stops in to see how thinks are going and answer any more questions. Even now I have one wall switch I have not found what it controls. All in all a great decision to buy a home at Oakfield - Laurel Glen. Centex Homes - The builder will work with your needs.
