HLW International redesigned a 1959 brick building for Red Bull’s North American headquarters in Santa Monica. A functional 420-foot skate ramp undulates down the center of the office, paying homage to Red Bull’s extreme sports affiliations, and the surf and skate culture of the neighborhood. The ramp flows out of the building into an open-air courtyard, which is separated from the office by a glass bifold door.
